Smyrna Little League
day with the Braves
Tee Ball & Pee Wee
T-Ball league is made up of 4 and 5 year olds and instruction is
off a baseball tee.  Pee Wee is made up of 5 and 6 year olds
and instruction is machine pitch.  These leagues are taught the
fundamentals of baseball, therefore, score is not kept.
Minor II
Minor II is made up of 7 & 8 year olds and is machine pitch.
While the fundamentals are still taught, this league supports
a more competitive mature where statistics and standings
are visible by all.
Minor 1
are an important part of learning and improving.are an
important part of learning and improving.
Majors
Majors are 10, 11, 12 yr olds that are drafted from minor I.
From here on out, once drafted they continue to play for the
same team through the age of 12.
Juniors
Juniors are 13 and 14 year olds are an extension of Little
League where they move up to bigger fields and faster
pitching.
Seniors
Seniors are 15 & 16 yr olds and an extension of Little League,
where they are strengthening their fundamentals and getting
ready for Big League.
Big League
Big League are 17 & 18 yr olds and an extension of Little
League, where they are getting serious about their future and
playing college ball.

Little League
